What data we need and why
When you place an order with us, we need your contact details (name, email, shipping and billing address) and payment information. We use them to process, deliver and bill your order. When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use your details to answer your request. We only use your email address for our newsletter if you have signed up for it.

We treat your data confidentially and do not sell it.

Who we share data with
We only share your data with service providers we need to run the store: for operating the online store (e.g. Shopify), payment, shipping (e.g. Swiss Post) and communicating with you. Some of them, such as Shopify, process your data abroad, in particular in the EU and the USA. We make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Some are necessary for the store to work, for example the shopping cart, and some help us analyze and improve how the website is used. You can disable cookies fully or partially in your browser at any time. However, some features of the store may then no longer work.
