Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the online store vertsbrand.com. The seller is Lyrer Textilwaren & Importe, Am Stausee 16, 4127 Birsfelden, Switzerland, info@lyrer-textilwaren.ch (hereinafter “we”). By placing an order, you accept these terms in the version valid at the time of your order.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the store is not a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The automatic confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order. The contract is concluded as soon as we ship the goods or expressly confirm acceptance of your order.

We may decline orders, in particular if an item is no longer available. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any amounts already paid.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). The price at the time of your order applies. In the event of obvious pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right not to fulfill the order.

4. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery
We deliver within Switzerland. For deliveries to the EU or the USA, please contact us directly. Shipping costs, delivery times and information on customs and taxes can be found in our Shipping and Returns policy. Stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and exchanges
We voluntarily offer a return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Conditions and the process are described in our Shipping and Returns policy.

7. Warranty
We check every product before shipping. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects to us within 7 days of discovery. For justified defects, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price. The statutory warranty of two years applies.

Normal wear and tear as well as damage caused by improper care or handling are not covered by the warranty. Please follow the care instructions on the label.

8. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual property
All content in the store, in particular texts, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our partners and may not be used without our consent.

11. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. Your order is governed by the version published at the time of your order.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply. For all other disputes, the place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office.
