Shipping and Returns

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

Shipping

  • Free shipping within Switzerland
  • Shipped from Switzerland with Swiss Post, no customs fees
  • Ships within 1–2 business days, delivery in 1–3 business days
  • You will receive your tracking number by email
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. We offer this return policy voluntarily.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and, if possible, in their original packaging. Otherwise, no refund is possible.

How it works:

  1. Send us your order number and the items you want to return by email or WhatsApp.
  2. We will send you the return address.
  3. Send the items back securely packed and keep your proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 days.

Wrong or defective delivery

Wrong item, missing item or a defect? Contact us. In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs. The statutory warranty applies.
